a brief history of Dragon

Will Howard created the Dragon Alliance in 1993 out of Capo Beach, CA, His main focus was developing a brand that encompassed his passion for surfing, snowboarding, and riding dirt bikes. Dragon set out to be the leading eyewear brand in the industry by supporting the best athletes with the best product, while remaining connected to the core consumers. 

Dragon's first and still main product, sunglasses, started to be distributed to local surf shops, before expanding to Hawaii, Florida, Australia and other international markets. Developing innovative products in the eyewear industry, Dragon has established itself as the leader in the snow goggle business.

In 2011 Dragon introduced the first ever frameless snow goggle and has shaped the way for snow goggle design. As one of the leading eyewear companies in the lifestyle market, Dragon supports some the best athletes with superior products, while remaining connected to the core consumers.
