Shipping and Handling

All orders processed will be shipped out in 24 hours during the business week. Orders after 2PM CT on Friday and weekend orders go out Monday. In times of holiday or technical issues it could take up to a maximum of 3 days before your order is shipped out, but 99% of shipments go out the same day or next if after the cutoff. Shipping rates vary by the desired transit time and carrier used. The carriers that may be used are FedEx, UPS and USPS. PO Boxes require USPS and may or may not include tracking information.

Standard ground shipping is free on any and all orders! SUP boards even ship free! Note that non-inflatable SUP board shipments require delivery by freight service, are limited to the lower 48 states and additional charges may apply for remote locations outside of the standard service provided by DHL or the freight service used. Contact us for more details on freight shipments if you have questions about your delivery address.

We ship out of Chicago, so orders within the Midwest will arrive within 1-2 business days. East coast is usually 2-3 business days and west coast is 3-4 business days. We can’t guarantee these shipping estimates, but in general your order via standard free shipping will arrive in 1-5 days depending on your location.

We try to do our little part to save the environment when we can. Companies like ours receive lots of boxes that our products arrive in. We do our best to reuse all of them that we can. That is why your order will not show up in a fancy custom box but you can sleep well at night knowing that is because you are getting a recycled box!

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Transit time is determined by the shipping method you choose; approximate times may vary.

Shipments to P.O. boxes, Military addresses and freight shipments for SUP boards require the use of the United States Post Office or DHL Freight service and may be subject to longer shipment times than outlined above.

Items that are returned to us as by the shipping provider as non-deliverable or returned after the standard number of delivery attempts, will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon the request for re-shipment.

To prevent fraudulent purchases, all orders are subject to random security checks. If your order is selected you will receive an email or phone call from us. You are required to call us back within 5 business days to complete the security check. Your order will be on hold during this 5 business day period but will not be shipped out until we hear back.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable in any case or future promotion.

international shipping

We do not ship outside of the U.S. If you have an international billing address and have a US shipping address, contact us here or call us at 888.706.0090 and we can help you get your order processed via phone. You can also use PayPal at checkout to order if you have an international billing address and U.S. shipping address. If you don’t have a U.S. address you can use a service like myus.com to forward your order to you. We are not affiliated with myus.com and can not guarantee the shipment once it has arrived at the forwarding location.

Orders paid online by credit or debit card will receive a confirmation of payment e-mail from our online payment system. In an event of shortage of stock, consumers will be notified by e-mail and a full refund will be issued. Weekday orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. In times of holiday or technical issues it may take up to a maximum of 3 working days for your order to be processed. You will be notified within 24 hours if this is the case. Please note that you will an receive e-mail confirmation of your order as soon as you have cleared the checkout, however, orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.
